How to consign your items:

 

Register 

• Fill out the registration form below & complete your consigner contract

• Receive your consignor number from the Trussville YMCA within 2 business days (this will be used on your tags)

  • This will be your number for as long as you continue to contribute with our sale so make sure to make a note of it somewhere.  

  • If you do not know what your number is, please email us by clicking here and be sure to include your name and address for verification. 

• Fee: There is a $5 registration fee that will be collected at the end of the sale from your final payment.  THIS IS NOT DUE UPFRONT

• Consignors receive 70% of all sales (if not marked as "donated" to the YMCA)

• YMCA retains 30% of all sales (unless marked as "donated" and the Trussville YMCA will receive 100% of the sales price)

 

Prepare your items!

• Your items must be in good or gently used condition with no stains or missing pieces

• Items with small pieces or loose parts should be bagged (and tagged) and attached to the item they belong with or tapped to a large item to ensure the item is not lost. 

• The Trussville YMCA will email you a printable tag file!  

• Print & fill out the tags - TAGS MUST BE PRINTED ON CARDSTOCK

• Tape or pin the tags to your items

• Be sure to include your Consignor Number!

• In addition to your tags, please label each item with your Consignor Number on a piece of masking tape in case your item becomes separated from the tag

• If you cannot tape your item, please use zipties or ribbon

 

Drop off your items!

• ITEMS NOT TAGGED CORRECTLY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED

• Drop off hours are:

  • Tuesday, January 29th - 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Wednesday, January 30th - 7:00 am - 8:00 pm

  • Thursday, January 31th - 7:00 am - 12:00 noon

• Volunteer Shopping Hours

  • Thursday, January 31st - 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm 

• Consignor Shopping Hours

  • Thursday, January 31st - 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

• All Shoppers welcome

  • Friday, February 1st - 8:00 am - 7:00 pm

  • Saturday, February 2nd - 8:00 am - 12:00 noon

 

Pick up items!

• All items must be picked up on Saturday, February 2nd from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm 

• Any items not picked up by 5:00 pm on Saturday will be donated
